Workouts I love!

 

All of the workouts below are moves that I use myself and with my clients. It’s important to change up your workouts (muscle confusion) so you don’t get tired of the same old routine.  I tried to include workouts that are for many different levels; feel free to adjust them for your comfort and strength ability. Try some of these and let me know what you think!
